Gather around, as I have a tail-wagging story to share with you today. It’s about a little Shih Tzu named Bruno, with fur as white as the moon and eyes sparkling with curiosity.

Bruno lived in a cosy little house in the heart of London with his loving human, Mrs. Thompson. He had heard tales of the moon from the elder dogs in the park, and oh, how he dreamt of setting his paws on its silvery surface!

One fine day, while scrolling through the telly with his little paw, Bruno came across a programme about space travel. “How much would you pay to go to the moon?” the presenter asked. Bruno tilted his head, intrigued. He began to imagine himself in a tiny astronaut suit, floating amongst the stars.

That evening, Bruno couldn’t stop talking about the moon. “Mrs. Thompson, do you think a small chap like me could ever visit the moon?” he asked, his eyes wide with excitement.

Mrs. Thompson chuckled, “Well Bruno, it’s quite expensive to go to space, and I’m not quite sure they have spacesuits your size!”

But Bruno was determined. He decided to start a piggy bank, saving every little treat money he received. He even started doing small tricks for the neighbours, earning a few pence here and there.

Weeks turned to months, and Bruno’s piggy bank grew heavier. He knew he was far from his goal, but his spirit was as high as ever. He would often sit by the window, gazing at the moon, dreaming of the day he would dance upon its surface.
