   This is a good sturdy carrier, slightly on the heavier side. I paid for a NEW carrier & received a USED one. It has a dirty black area approx. 2″ x 1/2″ on the top. I tried contacting Amazon for a discount but the only 2 options I was offered was a Return for Refund or Replace … Sad that I can’t chat with an associate like before.

   The box obviously showed that it was returned and MOST of the original labels were cut out but the warehouse failed to remove the small label that UPS puts on that was addressed to Amazon Returns.

   It’s a plastic connection to a metal rod of course the plastic split and not the crate will not function
   Unable to contact seller for a replacement I have to return everything and indure the hassles so if you don’t like dealing with crap don’t buy this

   I could not figure out how to attach the poles to hold up the carrier. NEXT TIME INCLUDE DIRECTIONS. DUH.

   I was worried when she started scratching at the mesh, but thank goodness, it didn’t rip. A good product overall.
